Our Memorial Plaques can be pre-fitted with an adhesive backing making it easy to place directly onto a gravestone.
Visitors can then scan the code on the plaque to bring up the inspiring memoir page and pay their respects.

Each memorial plaque purchase includes an Online Memoir Page where you can add information such as:

How does it work?
Each one of our memorial plaques contains a unique QR Code, making your chosen plaque one-of-a-kind. Once the QR Code is scanned through your mobile camera, you will be taken to a custom online memoir web page, created for you by the team at MyMemoir with memoir details provided by yourself. Follow the 3 simple steps below to get started.

Select a Memorial Plaque and add your personalisations (Name & Message).
Step 2
After checkout, follow the link delivered to your email and fill in the easy-to-use memoir form.
Step 3
Over to us, we'll take care of the rest!
Once we've crafted your memoir, we'll deliver your personalised Memorial Plaque through one of our trusted couriers.
That's it!
All there's left to do is place in your desired location whether it is near a Grave, on a Gravestone or at home on the stand. Then scan the unique QR Code that is engraved on your Memorial Plaque and you'll be taken to your expertly crafted, personalised memoir.

Memoir Name and Message can be customised after purchase on our memoir form.
Memoir Details
Once you have placed your order, you will be sent a confirmation email from our team. Following this email you will be sent a further email which contains a link to our Memoir Form.
On the form you can expect to provide us with the following:
- Memoir Name (Who is the memoir for?)
- Dates (Birth & Passing)
- Written Memoir Passage (Tell the story of them and their life)
- Photos (Share some memories)
- A Memorial Video
- Things they were known for (Favourite song, place, quote etc.)
It's entirely up to you what you choose to add in for the memoir, but we think the above items really help to give a personal touch.
Memoir Edits
You can edit the details on your memoir at any time, at no additional cost.
Once you have completed the initial form, you will be sent an edit link in an email.
Privacy
Don't worry, each memoir and the data inside is kept private.
Each memoir is created with a secure link that can only be accessed by scanning the QR Code on the product. It is entirely up to you where you choose to place or keep your product. If you'd like to share the memoir with others to read and appreciate, then of course you can put it in a public place, like near a gravestone or memorial spot (provided you have the permissions to do so!).

Condolences
What are 'Condolences'?
The Condolences section at the bottom of each memoir gives people the ability to pay their respects. They can do this by 'Leaving Some Flowers' or 'Lighting a Candle'. This can be anonymous or they can leave their names. Each Condolence remains live for 1 month before it is moved to the history section.
As outlined in the 'Privacy' FAQ, depending on where you choose to place your plaque will determine who can leave a condolence (be it close family, or members of the public).
