If you are not entirely satisfied with your customised memoir plaque, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. Our customer service team will guide you through the process and provide you with a return shipping label.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund as needed.
